The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “There are six good qualities that one believer should display to another. He should visit him when he is ill, be present when he dies, accept his invitation when he gives one, salute him when he meets him, say ‘God have mercy on you’ when he sneezes, and act sincerely towards him whether he is absent or present.” Al-Tirmidhi, hadith 1204.
Allah’s Apostle (pbuh) said thrice, “Shall I not inform you of the biggest of the great sins?” We said, “Yes, O Allah’s Apostle” He said, “To join partners in worship with Allah; to be undutiful to one’s parents.” Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 73, Number 7.
The Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) said, “The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger.” Narrated Abu Huraira (Radhi-Allah anho). Sahih Al-Bukhari, Book of Good Manners and Form.
Narrated ‘Aisha: Allah’s Apostles used to accept gifts and used to give something in return. Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 3, Book 47, Number 758
The Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) said, “One who guides (a person) to something good has a reward similar to that of (the person who does the good deed itself).” Sahih Muslim.
The Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) said to a companion: “You are not better than people (of other races) unless you excel them in piety.” Al-Tirmidhi, hadith 1361
Narrated Aisha (Radhi-Allah anha): “I said, ‘O Allah’s Apostle! I have two neighbors; which of them should I give a gift to?’ The Prophet (Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam) said, ‘(Give) to the one whose door is nearer to you.’” Sahih Al-Bukhari, Book of Gifts.
The Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) said, "While a man was on the way, he found a thorny branch of a tree there on the way and removed it. Allah thanked him for that deed and forgave him.” Narrated Abu Huraira (Radhi-Allah anho), Sahih Al-Bukhari, Book of Oppressions.
